When do you need us to change settings in the account?
You will be notified by us to change your settings the moment you use settings ( Leadbots or Conditions) that are not in your package.
How can I use settings that are not in my package?
This can happen when you first had access to a higher package, and you set Leadbots and Conditions from this package. Then your trial period ends or you downgrade to a lower package, this causes you to use settings you are not entitled to.
What happens if you use institutions to which you are not entitled?
We will first give you some warnings and offer you the opportunity to adjust settings or upgrade your account. If you continue to use settings outside your package despite the warnings, more prominent branding will be displayed on your website until the settings are adjusted.
