Callback module - activate email

Sometimes you receive a callback request that is irrelevant and would like to respond to it by e-mail. It is then convenient to ask for the user's e-mail address in the form. 

1. Log in to app.futy.io
2. Go to the Leadbot where you want to edit the callback request
3. Click through in the flow to the callback request
4. Click on the edit icon next to the form
5. Activate the email field
6. Click 'Save' and ' Save changes'.

Responding via WhatsApp to the callback request

It is also possible to respond via WhatsApp directly from the e-mail. This is only possible with 06 numbers.
