How do I customize the Subject Label of a form?

Follow the steps below to customize the subject form label.

1. Login to your Futy account and go to the desired'Widget'

2. Choose an option that has a form under it, such as ' Call me back' or'Email'

3. Open the form and press the 'Pencil sign' to edit

4. Click on 'Other' and change the Label at 'Subject form'

Additional information:
This field is included in emails and Google Sheets so that you know what type of request it is. When using Google Sheets, this field should never be left blank.
