Google Sheets Integration - Add Calendly
Follow the steps below to add scheduled Calendly meetings to your Futy Leads - Google Sheets. To use this integration, you will need a paid package(Professional) with Calendly and a Zapier account.
1. Login to your Futy account and go to"Settings.
2. Scroll down until you see ' Google Sheets integration' listed. Press'Open Google Sheet.

3. Create a new tab, using the '+' - sign at the bottom left of the sheet.
4. Call the tab ' Calendly' and in the top bar place the desired Labels.
In our example we take: Name, duration, slug, call for, start time, end time, location, customer name and email.
5. Then go to www.zapier.com and Login, or create an account by clickingSign up.
6. Click on the following link: Connect your Calendly to Google Sheets integration in 2 minutes | Zapier.
7. Go to the trigger "1. Invitee Created in Calendly"
8. Connect Calendly by clicking Sign in .
8. Click on the following link: Zapier Integration Page.
9. In Calendly's Integrations, go to Go to Setup.
10. Copy the ' API Code.
11. Choose the Calendly account you want to use.
12. Press 'Test trigger'.
13. Calendly meeting is found, should be there after the test.
14. Then press 'Sign in' to link Google Sheets.
15. Press 'Allow'.
16. Select the Google Sheets account that you want to use.
17. Link your Futy Leads - Google Sheet with the following settings:
Drive: My Google Drive
Spreadsheet: Futy Leads | [Your company name & Futy key] (see Futy account)
Worksheet: Calendly (we created this tab in step 4)
18. Then link the fields of the tab labels you created in step 4 and press ' Continue'.
(Name, duration, slug, call for, start time, end time, location, customer name and email)
19. Press 'Test action'.
20. A test Lead should now appear in your linked Futy Leads - Google Sheet.
21. When all the information comes through properly in the Sheet, click 'Publish' to activate the integration.
22. The integration is now ready and ACTIVE! 🎉
