Google Sheet Integration - Connecting Leads to Mailchimp

Follow the steps below to automatically transfer the Google Sheet containing your leads to Mailchimp.

1. Login to your Futy account and go to the solution you want to use. In our example, we will use the Opt-in Bot

2. Next to the email field, press the pencil mark to edit

3. Under ' Subject form', make sure the label is filled in, for example'Newsletter subscription' 

4. Go to ' Settings'

5. Scroll down until you find ' Google Sheets integration' is displayed. Press 'Open Google Sheet'.

6. Go to your website and do a test newsletter signup

7. Go to your sheet in your Futy account and see if the label with ' Newsletter subscription' is now there.

8. Go to the following link: https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/integrations/mailchimp and log in to your account at Zapier or create an account.

9. Press 'Trigger 1. 'New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets'

10. At 'Choose account' the desired Google Sheet account and press 'Continuous'

11. At 'Set up Trigger'
Spreadsheet - Futy Leads | (account name) - (space number)
Worksheet - Newsletter subscription (or desired label)

Press ' Continuous'

12. Press 'Test trigger'

13. Check if the test was successful and press 'Continuous'

14. Then press 'Sign in' at Connect Mailchimp

15. Login to mailchimp and then press ' Allow'

16. Select your 'mailchimp account' that you want to use and press 'Continuous'

17. Link the requested data and press 'Continuous'

18. Press 'Test action'

19. Press 'Publish'

20. Press 'Publish & Turn On'

21. Go to your website again and do another test enrollment

22. Check the Google Sheet to see if the new entry is listed.

23. In your 'Mailchimp account', look under all contacts to see if it has been imported.

24. Done, from now on every newsletter subscription will be forwarded to your mailchimp account 🎉
