I want to upgrade my package, how do I do that?
When you want to change your package, the previously paid amount is automatically deducted, so you can upgrade your package at any time.
How can I upgrade?
To upgrade your package to a higher package or a different period, you can use the guide below:
- Login to your Futy account and go to'Company Details'
- In the'Company Details' overview, go to'Subscription' and press'Change'.
- Choose the'desired period' and press'Choose package' at the desired package. At'Current package' you will see which package you currently have live.
- Press"Continue to pay. The previous amount you paid will automatically be deducted from the new package. This allows you to upgrade your package at any time.
- In this step it is possible to change your invoice data by clicking edit behind the data. If this is correct press"Pay €...".
- Your subscription has now been adjusted to the desired package 🎉
