WhatsApp module - Number setting

At all times, you can change the number to which WhatsApp messages should be sent. 

WhatsApp module in the Leadbot

Click through each step of the flow to customize that specific item via the 'edit icon'. So click on 'I have a question' > WhatsApp > 'Edit' > Scroll down to Contact > Customize the WhatsApp number. 

In the Leadbot builder, click through the flow until you get to the WhatsApp widget: 

• Step 1: Click on "I have a question. 
• Step 2: Click on "WhatsApp.
• Step 3: Click on the 'Edit' icon
• Step 4: Adjust the phone number under contact.
• Step 5: Press 'Save' and then 'Save Changes' again

The WhatsApp number in Leadbot has now been updated! 

WhatsApp widget

Open the WhatsApp widget and click on " Contact settings. Here you can edit the number.
