To get started with the video module, the following steps are required: 

Step 1 - Create a video

Step 2 - Upload the video via WeTransfer

Step 3 - The video is prepared in your account

Step 4 - Activate the video module on your website

Below are some tips on how to make the video, along with a guide to a handy app to record your video with.

1. Create a square video 

For best alignment, we recommend a square video format. It is also possible to deliver a video in 16:9 or 4:3 format. 

2. Use subtitles

The app "Clips" (iPhone) makes it easy to record a video that is automatically subtitled. Check out the tutorial here.

3. Clear message

Don't make the video too long (15 - 30 seconds). Provide a quiet background, wear plain clothes and avoid background noise. 

4. Make it personal

Despite being automated, try to gain your visitor's trust in a personal way. Introduce yourself! 

5. Call-to-action

For higher conversion, it is important to let the visitor know what you want him to do. So refer to button(s) in the Leadbot.
