How to remove or edit the "We are here" notification from Tawk.to?
When creating an account with Tawk.to you will automatically get the message "We are here" prominently displayed above your chat widget. If you want to remove this you can follow the steps below:
Step 1
Go to "Administration" in the Tawk.to dashboard (Cog logo in the lower left corner). Then press chat widget and go to design of widget. Press advanced here.
Step 2
You will be taken to the page below. Disable the "Attention Grabber" here and the notification is removed. Optionally, you can also adjust the design and position of the widget here to your liking.
