How does the settlement take place when changing your package?
When you want to change the package from your Futy account, the previously paid amount is automatically settled. Below we explain exactly how this settlement occurs.
At the time you are in the process of changing your package, you will be shown a summary of the charges before you have to pay. When you press "Pay Now," you will see a breakdown of the settlement:

In this example, the customer paid for the Starter package, €181.50 including VAT, for one year on June 8, 2023. Now, on August 18, 2023, the customer wants to upgrade to the Standard package. The cost for this is €363.00 including VAT for one year.
June 8, 2023, is the start date of their subscription, which also remains the renewal date. As a result, the upgrade is first paid for until the next renewal date. The previous amount paid until the next renewal date is deducted from this as a credit.

So, for 'Pay now', the calculation looks like this:
The Standard package from 08/18/2023 to 06/08/2024 (€242.18)
Minus the credit that was already paid for the Starter package (€146.12)
So €242.18 - €146.12 = €146.92
At the next renewal, on 08-06-2024, the Standard package will again be invoiced annually. Press the arrow to return to the payment screen.

Then press "Proceed to pay" to change the package.

Press "Pay €146.92"

Your subscription has now been adjusted to the desired package 🎉
