Google Analytics 4 - Naming your own custom events.
In addition to the standard Futy tracking events, which are automatically shot through via our Google Analytics 4 integration, it is also possible to name your own events. This is useful when, for example, you want to differentiate between Quote Request X and Quote Request Y.
Caution: this is only useful for experienced marketers, overwriting events may prevent events from coming through properly us Google Data Studio template.

Custom event naming events
- Make sure you have Google Analytics 4 linked to Futy.Â
- In your Futy account, go to the widget for which you want to set up a custom event.Â
- Go to the particular module for which you want to modify the conversion label and click on the edit icon next to the module.Â
- Go to "Other" and scroll down.
- Under 'Conversion label' , enter your own label. E.g. quote_house_sales.Â
This new name will be pushed through as a custom event to Google Analytics 4, overwriting Futy's advanced conversion event.Â
