Different conversion options in Google Analytics 4
The Futy - Tracking events sheet lists all the Futy events for GA4. Below is more information on the difference between the events and which events can be used for what:
1. Futy conversion event (basic).
The easiest way to set your conversions in Google Analytics 4, is to 'lump' all Futy conversions together. We have a basic conversion event called 'futy_conversion'. All conversions done within Futy will be passed to Google Analytics 4 as event name: 'futy_conversion'. You can set this event as a conversion in GA4. Then you can also use this conversion for your Google Ads.ย

2. Advanced conversion events.
It is also possible to set different conversions in Google Analytics 4. E.g. if you want to differentiate in the conversions between a question via WhatsApp or a Quotation request. View all Futy - Tracking events here. For each conversion, a detailed event is sent, indicating which type of conversion it is. E.g.'futy_whatsapp_sent' or'futy_quote_requested'.ย

3. Custom conversion events
In your Futy account, it is possible to name custom conversion events in a form or other widget. This is useful, for example, when you want to distinguish between Quotation request X and Quotation request Y.ย
Note that when you set a custom conversion event, the advanced conversion event is overwritten.

4. Interaction eventsย
Before the conversion takes place, it is possible to understand the website visitor's interaction with Futy. This allows you to see, for example, which buttons are clicked the most. Or where in the flow most visitors drop out. Using this information, you can continuously optimize the flows in the Leadbot to get the most out of it. 5. Setting up events through Google Tag Manager's DataLayer
This option is for experienced marketers. It allows you to manually set which events you want to forward to Google Analytics and which you do not. It is also possible to use Google Tag Manager to forward the events to other programs, such as Facebook Business Manager or Google Ads. In addition, this makes it possible to forward both advanced events and custom events to Google Analytics 4.
