Set a different Leadbot per language

Do you have a website in multiple languages? Then it is possible to also automatically address your visitors in multiple languages via the Leadbot. This way, all your visitors get the best experience!

1. First, create a Leadbot by language

There are 2 ways to translate the Leadbot:

  1. Add a Language template in the desired language (recommended)
  2. Duplicate a widget and translate it yourself, and customize the language

2. Set a Language condition

This can be done in 2 ways:

  1. Via the URL condition (for e.g. futy.io/en/ and futy.io/en/)
  2. Via the Domain condition (for e.g. futy.co.uk and futy.com)

Add a Language template in the desired language

In addition to Dutch, our Leadbots are available in 7 different languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Swedish.

Duplicate an existing widget and translate it yourself

Click the cog icon of the Leadbot you want to duplicate and click the duplicate icon. This duplicates all the settings of this Leadbot. Adjust the language (see next step).

Customize the language

Click on the Leadbot whose language you want to change and click 'Settings'. Adjust the Leadbot's language here.

This is the language of Futy's automated communications. Think of emails, branding, success message etc. You have to translate the texts in the Leadbot yourself. You can possibly create a multi-language template, then the texts in the Leadbot are already translated for you.
