Install WhatsApp Business

A business version of WhatsApp is available, which you can use as a second WhatsApp app on your phone. You can download it from the App store, by searching for "WhatsApp Business. 

👉 Step 1 - Link your (landline) phone number to WhatsApp Business.

👉 Step 2 - Activate WhatsApp Business inbox at 4 colleagues.

2. Activate WhatsApp inbox at 4 colleagues

Activate the WhatsApp Business inbox at 4 colleagues' computers, and jointly answer WhatsApp chats. 

Go through the following steps: 

1. Open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
2. In the lower right corner, go to "Settings."
3. Click on the 3rd item: "Paired devices."
4. Click on "Beta for multiple devices" at the bottom.
5. Activate the beta by agreeing to the terms and conditions.
6. Press 'Pair a device' to scan the QR code

You can activate WhatsApp Business on your colleagues' devices by scanning a QR code on their computer. You can do this in 2 ways.

2 ways to activate WhatsApp on your computer:

1. Open WhatsApp in the browser: https://web.whatsapp.com/
   and scan the QR code.
2. Install WhatsApp on your computer: https://www.whatsapp.com/download
   and scan the QR code.
