Setting up multiple contacts

It is possible to set a different contact for each widget. For example, you can assign a different contact person per page. For the sales department one contact person, for the support department another contact person. And for example on the vacancy pages a contact person from HR.

It is also possible to set up a different contact person per day. It could be that your team works with part timers. Then you could e.g. set up that on Monday and Wednesday a widget variant is shown with one contact person, and on the other days another contact person. 

How do you do this? 

  1. Log in and go to "Leadbots"
  2. Create one widget per contact - see here how to add multiple widgets
  3. Now go to " Conditions"
  4. Click on "Add Condition"
  5. Choose:

  1. Choose the widget of the desired contact
  2. Add a Day condition and adjust the day (add an extra day if necessary)
  3. Optional: Go to"General" and change the name of the condition so you know in the condition overview what this condition is for. E.g. "Monday & Tuesday."
  4. Click on "Save"
