Setting up multiple contacts
It is possible to set a different contact for each widget. For example, you can assign a different contact person per page. For the sales department one contact person, for the support department another contact person. And for example on the vacancy pages a contact person from HR.
It is also possible to set up a different contact person per day. It could be that your team works with part timers. Then you could e.g. set up that on Monday and Wednesday a widget variant is shown with one contact person, and on the other days another contact person.
How do you do this?
- Log in and go to "Leadbots"
- Create one widget per contact - see here how to add multiple widgets
- Now go to " Conditions"
- Click on "Add Condition"
- Choose:
- 'Set widget to specific URL,' then follow these instructions
- 'Other scenario' (specific days) then continue in the step below
- Choose the widget of the desired contact
- Add a Day condition and adjust the day (add an extra day if necessary)
- Optional: Go to"General" and change the name of the condition so you know in the condition overview what this condition is for. E.g. "Monday & Tuesday."
- Click on "Save"
