Widget setup based on opening hours

It may be convenient to display a different (or no) Leadbot variant outside of business hours. For example, by duplicating the Leadbot and disabling the call button.

How do you do this? 

  1. Log in and go to "Conditions"
  2. Make sure you first created the widget you want to use, then click "Add Condition"
  3. Choose 'Set widget outside business hours'
  4. Choose which widget to show outside of business hours
  5. Set your opening hours. It is possible to set different times per day, deselect 'Same time every day' for this.
  6. Give the condition a name so you know in the overview what this condition is for. E.g. "Out of hours"

Create new widget

First, create a widget for which you want to set a condition. In this you have 2 options:

  1. Add a new template to your Leadbot overview
  2. Duplicate one of your current Leadbots

Customize the Leadbot's name for clarity.

Automatic WhatsApp message outside of business hours

Our advice is to leave the WhatsApp option on outside of business hours. You, or your colleagues, may not be able to answer messages in the evening. For this, you can set an absence message in the WhatsApp Business app. In the WhatsApp Business app, you can set opening hours.

When someone sends a message outside of business hours, you can set an automatic reply, for example, " Thank you for your message. We are currently closed. We will answer your question the next business day. Kind regards, team Futy"

Of course, it is also possible to set up a widget variant with a different number outside opening hours. So that you can designate a particular contact person for a weekend or evening shift.
